The Wyndham Hall Picture House: The Tales of Hoffmann

Filmed adaptation of the Offenbach opera by Michael Powell and Emeric Pressberger. A romantic poet named ETA Hoffman (Robert Rounseville) reflects on three women he loved and lost in the past: a mechanical performing doll, a Venetian courtesan, and the consumptive daughter of a celebrated composer. A great opportunity to see this fine film on our cinema screen.

To make this a sustainable venture we will be running it as a club, where those attending pay for films by the half year.

This is payable on film nights, card, cheque or cash. You will get a pass to allow you into the 4 films. Couples £38 for half season. Guests £6 per film.
