A Tour of Historic Cheddar : Saturday 17th August

Although Cheddar is best known today for its tourist attractions in the Gorge, this tour will concentrate on the many other aspects of this interesting village, including its Roman villa, Royal Palaces, later medieval and early modern history, plus some interesting buildings, cheese production, the many and varied watermills
and the Sarah Comer/Hannah More story.
