The SANHS Members' Area
At the start of April, the SANHS website will have a new members’ area. This is an exciting new development – it means that everyone with a SANHS membership will get an online account, which gives access to special content only members can see.
The first thing available will be the two most recent years of the Society’s Proceedings (Somerset Archaeology and Natural History).
In the near future, there will also be special Webinars; documents and photos from the Dunster project; a slide collection of Somerset buildings by Commander Williams – and more.
If you’re a SANHS member, you’ll receive an email very soon with your login details.

Privacy and Data Protection
To create the new members’ area at sanhs.org, our Privacy Policy is being updated.
Members’ personal information will now be used by additional third parties: Restrict Content Pro and WordPress. You can opt-out at any time. The software will control access to content at www.sanhs.org. It will use the following:
- Email address
- First and last names
- Username and password
These details will be stored securely. SANHS and its third parties will not use this data for commercial gain, or any purpose beyond providing website access. Members can have their online records completely deleted at any time by emailing [email protected].
